Lucky Box Refund Policy

We are committed to providing amazing products and services and ensuring your satisfaction in the virtual Lucky Box experience.

 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we can't offer you a refund or exchange once the product is shipped.

 

The Lucky Box experience works in the same format as a "blind box", we and you are unable to determine the exact product you have purchased before opening. We therefore cannot guarantee that any of the Lucky Box's purchased contain any of the products detailed and identified throughout our media formats and you accept that in purchasing a Lucky Box you accept that the product received is random.

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

If your product is defective in the manner which it is intended to be used, you must send an email with a photo of the defective product for us to assess the claim. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are applicable within 15 days from the date of purchase.

2. Returns Process:

To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support at hello@luckybox.au. If your return process is accepted, we will email you further with detailed instructions.

3. Timeframe for Returns:

Return claims must be initiated within 15 days of the date of purchase. Late returns may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not meeting these criteria.
